Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Jewellery Sisters online purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.

Refunds can only be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 14 days of receipt. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return. Refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the returned items.
Please note: You will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.
We do not refund return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged items.
We have the right to deny credits if the items returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
Custom made orders
Please note that customized items (such as resized rings) are not eligible for return.
Damages or faulty items
We strongly believe in the products we sell and their quality. However, there is always a (small) possibility the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty. If that is the case, please contact us directly at contact@jewellery-siters.com and send us a picture. We will look for a suitable solution together.
Warranty
We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days. Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is something not correct please send an e-mail to contact@jewellery-sisters.com explaining what the problem is. In case you need to return the product, we will provide you with a return label. Please note that warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of 1 month on the quality of the product. If within this period there is a problem with the product please send an e-mail to contact@jewellery-sisters.com. We will provide you with a suitable solution.
1. If it is possible to repair the product we will repair it.
2. If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.
